What is Golf Fitness Training…

Golf Fitness Training is all about identifying your physical strengths and weaknesses, then implementing a training method to improve strengths and imbalances.  Most people think of personal training and automatically the images of body building come to mind, and while there may be some of those training components used in Golf Fitness Training, there is much more.
